Lynn has been teaching Pilates for rehabilitation since 2010 and her training includes Pilates for: Osteoporosis and Bone Health, Scoliosis, Spinal Surgery, Hypermobility, Low Back Pain, Shoulder Rehab, Ante & Post Natal, Runners, Healthy Hips and Stretch Therapy.
Lynn is very experienced working with individuals on a one to one basis for conditions or injuries that need addressing before joining classes including pregnancy or post natal, to build confidence when new to Pilates, for individual advice, ongoing clinical rehabilitation, or for those who prefer to work individually.
Lynn uses both Physiotherapy and Pilates skills when making a thorough assessment. She designs individualised Pilates home exercise programmes of easy to follow Pilates videos and written instructions.
Making Pilates accessible to anyone at any level is one of Lynn’s passions. Her classes are safe and effective, yet challenging, where you are encouraged to work at your own level. She incorporates core stability, strengthening and balance exercises in standing to make Pilates functional and carry through to everyday life.
