Miranda has been teaching Pilates and Pilates-inspired fitness classes since 2012, first in Cambridge and then Surrey and London since she moved here two years ago. With a background in ballet, contemporary and jazz dance, Pilates was a natural progression and she continues to use dance fundamentals to complement and enhance her group classes and 1-2-1 training to focus on full body strengthening, mobility and flexibility. Whilst in Cambridge she taught at Cambridge University, Bodywork Company Dance Studios and Hills Road Sixth Form College and now teaches at gyms and health clubs in the local area as well as working during the week at Harrods providing staff with corporate Pilates classes to promote wellness, improved posture and balance.
