Nicole is an experienced (500hr certified) yoga teacher with a love of music and adventure, both of which are reflected in her classes.

She is passionate about teaching the seamless, fluid flows of vinyasa creatively and safely with a focus on an anatomical goal or philosophical quality. She teaches vinyasa, yin, yin yang and meditation and has been lucky enough to train across a variety of styles and techniques with some amazing, leading teachers.

She draws inspiration from all of these learnings to create classes that are fluid, yet have direction, creative, yet focused and breath-centred yet fun.
She likes to encourage students’ to become aware of their body’s true potential and inspire positive shifts that they can take off their mat and into their everyday lives.

Nicole’s classes are influenced by her passion for fluidity and creativity in life, she enjoys teaching across all levels, from beginners to advanced, believing that yoga is 100% for everyone.
